Absolutely! Every Payburner user automatically has a PayID! To see your PayID, open the browser extension, click on your user avatar, and click on Pay Id.
You will see that your PayID is the combination of your Payburner userId and '$payburner.com'.
Payburner also allows you to send XRP to any PayID that supports the XRPL MAINNET.
